Welcome to the Marche of Alderford!
The Marche of Alderford is a local branch of the Society for Creative Anachronism, located in Stark, Carroll, and Tuscarawas Counties, Ohio. We are part of the Barony of Brendoken, which in turn is part of the Middle Kingdom.
The SCA is a non-profit educational organization dedicated to the study and re-creation of the culture of the Middle Ages. Our meetings are free and open to the public. To learn more about Alderford and the SCA, visit one of our meetings or contact any of our officers. We hope you'll come and join us in creating the Current Middle Ages!

First Friday Demo
Alderford will be doing a public demo
at the First Friday civic event, in downtown Canton OH. We will be at the Kresge Green Space between 3rd St. and 4th St. on Market Avenue north.

Brendokenfest 2009
The Barony of Brendoken cordially invites you to attend Brendokenfest 2009, to be held April 25 at the Tuscarawas County Fairgrounds in Dover, Ohio.
Alderford Holiday Revel
will be at Mama Guzzardi's Italian Restaurant in North Canton. Garb is encouraged but not required, since this is not an official meeting. Alderford web site updated to Drupal 5.x
It's been a very long evening, but I just released the new Alderford.org web site to production.
Where have all the photos gone?
We're getting ready to upgrade the Alderford web site to a new version of the software. To make it easier to organize photos, and to simplify maintenance of the Alderford site, all the photo albums by Milica and Justin are consolidated onto their personal site.

The final Baronial Court of Their Excellencies Catriona and Alexander will be at 10:00 a.m.
Oktoberfest Demo
The Alliance Oktoberfest demo is for Saturday, October 18, in downtown Alliance, Ohio. The Oktoberfest runs from 2:00-8:00 pm, and we
are allowed to set up anytime after noon. We're also encouraged to attend the farmer's market which takes place from 9:00-1:00.
