Site fees do not include $3.00 non-member surcharge. Non-member surcharge does not apply to minors (persons under 18 years of age). Feast fee includes tax and gratuity.
Reservations (including checks sent to Troll) must be received by September 17, 2004, due to hotel policy. The only reservation is a paid reservation.
